Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are between Grey Eagle Creative (GEC) and all clients.

Office hours are 9am – 5pm EST Monday through Thursday.

Work begins after initial deposit is received. No refunds will be given due to the high quality of work.

GEC may request additional payment for any agreed-upon expenses, additional work, or excessive revisions which must be approved by the client in advance. Additional work is any work outside the scope of the original agreement. Excessive revisions will be determined by GEC but is generally considered to be more than 3 rounds of revisions on any single one-off project. GEC subscription clients get unlimited revisions as long as they are current subscribers.

The client agrees to pay the amount owed by the date requested on the invoice. Late payments are subject to an additional fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount.

GEC is creating "work product" for the client. Work product is the finished product, as well as materials, files, mockups, copywriting, designs, code, emails, email content and anything else that the GEC creates as part of the project. GEC gives the client this work product once the client pays for it in full. This means GEC is giving the client all of its rights to the work product, and the client will be the sole owner of it. The client can use the work product however it wants or it can decide not to use the work product at all. GEC reserves the right to use the work product as part of portfolios and websites, in galleries, and in other media, so long as it is to showcase the work and not for any other purpose. Alternate concepts and design directions created but NOT approved by the client are not considered finished product and remain the property of GEC. Editable working files with live type are considered intellectual property and are not considered “work product” unless specifically stated otherwise and agreed upon by GEC.

The client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to GEC if there are questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.

Proofreading and accuracy of info are the client’s responsibility. GEC is not responsible for omissions and/or errors in copy, content, art, or trademark(s).

These terms and conditions are subject to change.
